SpaceShuttle charges a “BOOKING fee” for our service with our TRUCK and STORAGE vendor partners. That provider then credits that “BOOKING fee” amount on your final invoice making it a FREE service for you.

You can create a FREE account if you would like to use SpaceShuttle ongoing. With your FREE account, you will be able to track your current and past orders.

Searching for DEALS

It’s EASY just simply enter a desired location i.e.: Toronto, ON, or a valid postal code/zip code for the ideal pick-up location and let the SpaceShuttle website find you the best deal in that area.
YES the SpaceShuttle search tool will present various TRUCK or STORAGE options in a specific area based on the city and or postal code/zip code you provide in the search pop-up.

Booking Process

Your booking order confirms your DEAL with the selected TRUCK or STORAGE provider and they will contact you to confirm the booking request. Please note that a deal must be confirmed by the provider within 12 hours or the vendor will provide alternative options.
Your selected TRUCK or STORAGE provider will reach out to confirm your booking request via telephone or email provided to ensure the selected TRUCK or STORAGE unit is available for your order.
YES you receive a receipt for the “BOOKING fee” portion billed by SpaceShuttle as well as a final invoice from your selected vendor once your DEAL is finalized/paid.
In most cases, our providers will reach out by telephone or Email within 12 hours or less. If the provider does not reach out within 12 hours, please contact our support team at

Your DEAL and booking are guaranteed if it has been confirmed by the TRUCK or STORAGE provider. Your selected provider may have a different confirmation process so please contact them should you wish to confirm booking deals before they reach out with the next steps.
Your selected provider will contact you with alternative DEALS. SpaceShuttle guarantees our providers offer the DEAL you booked or BETTER.
Cancellation and refund requests, please allow a minimum of 48hrs notice before your scheduled truck or storage rental pick up or move in date. Cancellations or refund requests less then 48 hrs cannot be guaranteed AND would need to be reviewed with your selected provider
Firstly, contact your selected provider, If there is a concern with your confirmed booking. SpaceShuttle is always available to assist if there is ever a concern with a confirmation with our DEAL booking system, or if your BOOKING cannot be honoured by the selected provider.
